People, access, and identity review
The People administration surface is the current entry point for identity and access work.
Platform roles, organization roles, and profile-management grants must be reviewed separately. A person’s relationship to an organization is not sufficient evidence for a Homeward-wide role, and a platform role does not automatically grant management of every profile.
Claims and profile-combination requests are review queues, not automatic mutations. Before combining records, staff reconcile:
- The canonical identity and sign-in account
- Profile-management grants and organization roles
- Public and private profile fields
- Applications, relationships, ministry records, and financial references
A merge should preserve dependent records and audit history under one durable profile. A dedicated Identity review queue and consolidated Users & access page are being built; the current People workflow remains authoritative until they ship.
