Organization structure

An organization profile is the organization-wide identity. It owns the public name, mission, contact channels, leadership, networks, ministry records, and public presentation.

Legal entities

A legal entity is a country-specific registration beneath the organization. It owns its jurisdiction, regulator identifier, verified legal name, governance records, annual financials, and accreditations.

An organization can therefore have one public identity and several legal registrations. Verified registrations are protected; correcting one may require administrator-led replacement rather than an ordinary profile edit.

Campuses, staff, and linked people

Campuses describe operating locations. Staff rosters associate people with a campus or organization. People & links represents broader relationships, including people who are not staff.

These records do not replace profile-management grants or organization roles. Organization roles—staff, admin, and owner—govern organization authority; profile access governs a particular profile.

Ministry and giving

Programs, funds, fundraisers, updates, receiving settings, balances, and giving records are related to the organization but remain separate record types. This separation is important for audit history and for organizations operating through multiple legal entities or locations.
