Compensation-cap calculation

The public calculator estimates a monthly missionary compensation cap from home location, ministry location and assignment pattern, family situation, role, experience, and other income.

The policy model can account for home-market service value, an upward-only host-location adjustment, hardship or danger, education, travel, role, experience, and outside income.

The result is educational, not an approved grant. A payable amount still depends on the reviewed service amount, policy cap, available project funds, and retained calculation evidence. Separately authorized housing and project business expenses sit outside the monthly cap.

The calculator does not determine employment classification, tax, immigration, or other legal obligations.
