Welcome to Homeward

Homeward brings public discovery, personal and organization profiles, giving, and staff workflows together in one system. The Dashboard adapts to who you are and which profile you are working with.

Three things to know

Your account is how you sign in. Security and login preferences belong to your account.
Profiles represent people and organizations. Your account has one personal profile and may manage additional people or organizations.
The selected profile sets the context. Profile-specific pages show information for the person or organization currently selected in the Dashboard.
Access controls what you see. Profile managers, organization administrators, Homeward staff, and sysadmins have different tools.

Start here

After signing in:

Check the profile selector near the top of the Dashboard sidebar.
Choose the person or organization you want to work with.
Use the Profile section to review the available pages.
Use the Account section for settings that belong to your login.
