Programs, funds, and fundraisers

Homeward separates ministry operations from giving destinations and campaign presentation.

  • A program describes ongoing operational work and can enroll personal profiles.
  • A fund is a giving destination with its own status, currency-aware amounts, and optional default or urgent designation.
  • A fundraiser presents a campaign around a fund or goal, with its own narrative, deadline, target, and publication status.

Program enrollment does not change organization membership or profile access. Creating a fund or fundraiser does not enable the organization to receive donations. Recipient enablement and receiving configuration are separate platform controls.

Money records carry explicit currency. Homeward does not infer a profile-wide default currency for funds, gifts, or historical amounts.
