Balance and payouts

Balance & receiving shows the money a profile has received, how the balance has moved over time, and how to request a payout of it. It is available on profiles at the ministry tier and above; if you do not see it in the sidebar, the profile you have open is below that tier.

Total balance and the chart

Total balance is the amount currently held for this profile. Beneath it, Balance over time plots the cumulative balance day by day. Click the chart to select the nearest day and see that day’s balance and received amount; press Enter to jump to the latest day, and click the selection again to clear it.

The Funds table beneath the chart lists the balance held in each fund, with a status badge on any fund that is not active.

Requesting a payout

Select Request payout. The dialog gives you one amount field per fund, each showing how much of that fund is available, and a Payout destination.

Available means the fund balance minus anything already reserved by a pending or approved payout request. Entering more than is available turns the field red and blocks submission.
Payout destination defaults to Manual payout; any saved bank destination appears as “ · ••••”.
One request may combine several funds.

Payout statuses

The payout history table shows each request as pending, approved, paid, or rejected. A request stays pending until staff act on it, moves to approved once accepted, and becomes paid once the funds have been sent. A rejected request returns its amount to the fund.

Payouts paused

When donations are paused for your profile by Homeward administrators, the payout section shows a Payouts paused notice. Your balance keeps accruing and is held until donations are re-enabled — nothing is lost, but the Request payout button is disabled meanwhile. History

The History section lists every movement of money into and out of the profile, filterable by:

Search — counterparty or fund.
Fund — all funds, or one fund.
Direction — in-flows, out-flows, or both.
Status — succeeded, refunded, pending, approved, paid, or rejected.
From / To dates, and Min amount / Max amount in whole dollars.

Results show date, direction, counterparty, fund, type, status, and amount, with a footer line totalling the filtered set. Export CSV downloads the entire filtered result set — not just the current page — as account-balance-history.csv with those columns plus payment frequency and method.
